According to “Code for Design of Steel frame structures” GB50017-2003,The maximum seismic level can reach 9 seismic levels.
Instruments, electrical use of explosion-proof class not less than ⅡCT4 type or intrinsic safe equipment. sequencing valves are pneumatic sequencing valves to fundamentally solve the explosion source.
When the device is suddenly cut off, the feed pump stops feeding and the sequencing valve in the device is automatically closed to ensure that the whole device is under positive pressure. When power back to normal , the sequencing valve will follow the procedural memory automatically running.
The whole device is designed for multiple pressure test and alarm points, which can alarm with over pressure and release pressure . In addition, at least 5 safety valves are designed to ensure safe emptying during ultra-high pressure.
The methanol conversion section is heated by heat conduction oil, and the maximum temperature of the equipment is no more than 290 ℃. And we designed many temperature test and alarm points in the whole device, set up high, low temperature automatic alarm system.
The leakage point of the hydrogen pipeline is added by special treatment to ensure that the hydrogen leak is easily to be detected when it is caught in fire, and it can be handled in time to avoid danger.
All combustible gases or venting containing combustible gases are emptied by flame arresters. Even if the vent fire, the flame will not return to the device to avoid danger.
In the whole equipment area, there are many combustible gas alarms, which can detect the concentration of combustible gas in the area in real time and prevent the production of explosive mixture.
